Shipping policy
All items which are indicated as “in stock” will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days. All items which must be ordered will have lead times indicated on the individual product page. If you need to receive an item before the indicated ship date, please email (hello@jetzysjewelry.com) to inquire about rush deliveries.
Jetzy’s Jewelry is not responsible for the damage or loss of any package. Jetzy’s Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered. Jetzy’s Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. Sent back to Jetzy’s Jewelry for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
